Location
Kingsborough is in west Carmel (46032), Clay Township, Hamilton County. The subdivision is clustered around the 14100 block, just off the 141st Street corridor. Indianapolis is a short drive south via US-31 / Meridian and I-465.
The neighborhood is residential only — single-family lots, sidewalks, and mature trees. Streets are dedicated public streets maintained by the City of Carmel. The association maintains the clubhouse, pool, playground, pond, and other common grounds, and administers the covenants.

What the association does
The HOA maintains the clubhouse, community pool, playground, pond, common-area landscaping, and neighborhood standards in the recorded covenants. Exterior changes — fences, additions, major landscape work, sheds, paint color, and similar projects — typically need Architectural Review Committee approval before work starts.
